Paralelamente, se han sintetizado un gran n\u00famero de derivados encaminados, a estudiar la influencia de los \u00e1tomos electrodonadores de la cadena flexible, efectos de apilamiento, lipofilia, etc). Los receptores evaluados muestran una alta selectividad por los iones r-nh3+ en la relaci\u00f3n al na+,k+ y ca2+ y se han descubierto trasnportadores selectivos de las tres
