Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo principal de esta tesis doctoral ha sido el estudio de los mecanismos implicados en la sensibilizaci\u00f3n al ca2+ de las prote\u00ednas contr\u00e1ctiles en el m\u00fasculo liso uterino y se ha llegado a las siguientes conclusiones:  el \u00fatero de rata es altamente sensible a los cambios en la concentraci\u00f3n extracelular e intracelular de k+. El nivel de contractilidad est\u00e1 realcionado conla concentraci\u00f3n intracelular de potasio, k+ i.  la contracci\u00f3n inducida por kcl (30-210nm) es independiente de la activaci\u00f3n del complejo ca2+ calmodulina y no est\u00e1 por activaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna quinasa c \u00f3 \u00e1cido araquid\u00f3nico y sus derivados. El mecanismo por el que se produce la contracci\u00f3n permanece inaclarado pero implica, al menos en parte, una alteraci\u00f3n del equilibrio entre la quinasa de la caden aligera de miosina. mlck y la fosfata de la miosina. Mlcpp.  el gradiente de na+ y k+ a trav\u00e9s de membrana modula la sensibilidad de la maquinaria contr\u00e1ctil al ca2+ a trav\u00e9s de un proceso que parece implicar la activaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas g sensibles al fluoruro de aluminio. Ello proporciona un mecanismo mediante el cual la bomba de na+\/k+, la atpasa de membrana responsable del mantenimiento de los gradientes de estos iones, participa en el control de la sensibilidad de la maquinaria contr\u00e1ctil del \u00fatero.  el gradiente de na+ y k+ a trav\u00e9s de membrana modula la sensibilidad de la maquinaria contr\u00e1ctil uterina al \u00e1cido okadaico, un inhibidor directo de la fosfatasa de la miosina de una manera compleja y diferente del efecto sobre el kc1, la oxy y el van.  las hormonas ov\u00e1ricas, que modulan los niveles intracelulares de na+ y k+, juegan un importante papel en la regulaci\u00f3n de la sensibilidad de la maquinaria contr\u00e1ctil uterina, que es particularmente evidente en el curso de la pre\u00f1ez. Esta regulaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 mediada, al menos en parte, por un cambio en la expresi\u00f3n de la fosfatasa de la miosina.
