{"id":87163,"date":"2000-03-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-03-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/vias-de-acoplamiento-estimulo-contraccion-en-la-vesicula-biliar\/"},"modified":"2000-03-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-03-11T00:00:00","slug":"vias-de-acoplamiento-estimulo-contraccion-en-la-vesicula-biliar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-agrarias\/vias-de-acoplamiento-estimulo-contraccion-en-la-vesicula-biliar\/","title":{"rendered":"Vias de acoplamiento estimulo-contraccion en la vesicula biliar"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Soledad Alcon Gonzalez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los objetivos de esta tesis doctoral fueron caracterizar el plexo nervioso intramural de la ves\u00edcula biliar de cobaya y perro, los mecanismos responsables del mantenimiento del tono muscular y caracterizar las diferentes v\u00edas implicadas en la respuesta contr\u00e1ctil de la ves\u00edcula biliar de cobaya.  los estudios realizados con tiras vesiculares en ba\u00f1os de \u00f3rganos y otras t\u00e9cnicas desvelan que la ves\u00edcula biliar de cobaya presenta un plexo intramural conpredominio de fibras colin\u00e9rgicas sobre un inervaci\u00f3n inhibitoria adren\u00e9rgica y nitr\u00e9rgica. Mientras que en el perro este plexo tiene un componente excitatorio colin\u00e9rgico y uno inhibitorio adren\u00e9rgico y no adren\u00e9rgico no colin\u00e9rgico (nanc). Los neurotransmisores no; vipy co median las relajaci\u00f3n nanc a trav\u00e9s de una activaci\u00f3n de la enzima guanilato ciclasa y de canales de potasio. Por otra parte, la activaci\u00f3n de canales de voltaje dependiente es la principal fuente de c alcio en este tipo celular, controlando procesos b\u00e1sicos de la fisiolog\u00eda de este m\u00fasculo como la existencia del tono basal end\u00f3geno, las respuesta a agonistas y la entrada de calcio inducida por el vaciamiento de los dep\u00f3sitos.  en cuanto a las v\u00edas implicadas en la motilidad de este m\u00fasculo liso, la contracci\u00f3n del mismo es promovida por la activaci\u00f3n de la fosforilaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas en residuos de tirosinas. La v\u00eda de las tirosinas cinasas puede actuar de modulador de los mecanismos responsables de la contracci\u00f3n de la ves\u00edcula biliar. El estudio de la acci\u00f3n directa del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico en este tejido indica que el estado redox de esta mol\u00e9cula biol\u00f3gica jdetermina el tipo de efecto de la misma. As\u00ed, el cati\u00f3n no+ tiene efectos excitatorios que est\u00e1n mediados a trav\u00e9s de fosforilaci\u00f3n de residuos de tirosina y de la activaci\u00f3n de canales de calcio de tipo l.
