<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han estudiado en dorada (sparus aurata) en condiciones normales de cultivo los efectos de la variacion de la tasa de alimentacion diaria, la tasa de renovacion diaria y la estacionalidad y el crecimiento en parametros bioquimicos tales como:  1.- Niveles de actividades enzimaticas de la glucolisis (gliceraldehido-3-fosfato y lactato deshidrogenasas), ciclo de krebs (isocitrato y malato deshidrogenasas), ciclo de las pentosas fosfato (glucosa-6-fosfato y 6-fosfo-gluconato deshidrogenasas), metabolismo de aminoacidos (glutamato-oxalacetato y glutamato-piruvato transaminasas y glutamato deshidrogenasa) y metabolismo destoxificador (etoxiresorufina-o-deetilasa, glutation transferasa, glutation peroxidasa total y dependiente de selenio, glutation reductasa, superoxido dismutasa y catalasa).  2.- Niveles de glutation reducido, glutation oxidado, disulfuros mixtos unidos a proteinas y estado redox del glutation.  3.- Niveles de malondialdehido y sustancias reactivas del acido tiobarbiturico.  4.- Niveles de nucleotidos de adenina, guanina, citosina, uracilo y timina, y cargas energeticas adenilica y guanilica.  se han encontrado variaciones debidas al ayuno y la baja tasa de renovacion en las actividades lactato deshidrogenasa, glutation reductasa, glucosa-6-fosfato deshidrogenasa, 6-fosfogluconato deshidrogenasa, glutamato-piruvato transaminasa, glutamato-oxalacetato transaminasa, isoenzimas de superoxido dismutasa, en los niveles de glutation reducido y oxidado y estado redox el glutation y en los niveles de malondialdehido y sustancias reactivas del acido tiobarbiturico.  tambien se han encontrado variaciones debidas a la estacionalidad y el crecimiento en los niveles de todos los parametros estudiados, y variaciones ciclicas trisemanales en los niveles de los nucleotidos de adenina y guanina y en las cargas energeticas adenilica y guanilica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
