En primer lugar se caracteriza la sangre recogida y se etablecen distintos protocolos de higiene con el fin de que la sangre se encuentre en perfectas condiciones microbiol\u00f3gicas, dada la facilidad de este substrato para se contaminado con distintos microorganismos.  posteriormente se plantean distintos procedimientos de separaci\u00f3n de plasma y c\u00e9lulas seleccionando las mejores condiciones de dicha separaci\u00f3n.  con la fracci\u00f3n plasm\u00e1tica se procede a la separaci\u00f3n en distintas fracciones proteicas identificado cada una de ellas mediante  distintas t\u00e9cnicas analiticas (cromatografia de fase inversa, intercambio i\u00f3nico, etc) evalu\u00e1ndose las condiciones en las que el fraccionamiento es mas eficaz.  ante las m\u00faltiples posibilidades de distintas secuencias de fraccionamiento se elige una novedosa t\u00e9cnicas basada en similares estrategias utilizadas en ingenieria mec\u00e1nica. Las t\u00e9cnicas de desensamblaje permiten seleccionar rutas \u00f3ptimas de separaci\u00f3n basadas en la reducci\u00f3n de costes de separaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
