De este modo se supera el concepto tradicional de un spm como t\u00e9cina estrictamente supercial para observar el comportamiento de una membrana en funcionamiento, mientras un gas fluye a trav\u00e9s de sus poros. Se analizan y discuten los resultados obtenidos con los diferentes modos de trabajo de un psfm para diversas membranas y diferentes mecanismos de gas a su trav\u00e9s incluyendo t\u00e9cnicas ya empleadas anteriormente en el estudio de membranas, como el an\u00e1lisis de la rugosidad superficial o el an\u00e1lisis digital de im\u00e1genes pero adaptadas al psfm, asi como la tecnica mas
