Eugenia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los fenoles y sus derivados constituyen un centro relevante de atenci\u00f3n en el estudio de la contaminaci\u00f3nd el medio ambiente y los alimentos, debido a su toxidad y a su persistencia.
