Lourdes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el desarrollo de esta tesis doctoral se ha estudiado el papel del estroma tumoral en la infiltraci\u00f3n leucocitaria en focos tumorales metast\u00e1sicos de melanoma humano. Los resultados obtenidos indican que los fibroblastos presentes en el estroma son responsables de gran parte de la migraci\u00f3n leucocitaria haci estos focos, principalmente de la migraci\u00f3n monoc\u00edtica, mediante la producci\u00f3n de la quimioquina mcp-1. Los linfocitos t infiltrantes del tumor ejercen un papel activador de este fen\u00f3meno, v\u00eda factores solubles, entre los que se han identificado tnf-alpha e ifn-gamma. Durante la migraci\u00f3n celular se producen cambios importantes en el citoesqueleto de la c\u00e9lula. en este trabajo se ha desarrollado tambi\u00e9n el estudio de la localizaci\u00f3n subcelular de la proteina de citoesqueleto paxilina en leucocitos.
