Al estudiar el proceso de complejaci\u00f3n del colato y desoxicolato s\u00f3dico(nac y nadc) por poliaminoderivados monosustitu\u00eddos, se observ\u00f3 que la fortaleza de los complejos de inclusi\u00f3n est\u00e1 regulada de manera competitiva por dos factores: interacciones electrost\u00e1ticas e impedimento est\u00e9rico, observando que conforme aumenta la extensi\u00f3n de la cadena alif\u00e1tica son los factores est\u00e9ricos lo que que regulan el proceso.  los estudios de complejaci\u00f3n entre nac y el nadc con los d\u00edmeros de b-ciclodextrina demostraron la formaci\u00f3n de estructuras supramoleculares con estequiometr\u00edas 1:2(d\u00edmero;nac) y n:n(d\u00edmero:nadc). En las estructuras formadas con el nac, se observ\u00f3 la influencia de los factores electrost\u00e1ticos en la formaci\u00f3n de los complejos de inclusi\u00f3n. La complejaci\u00f3n del nadc por los d\u00edmeros result\u00f3 en la formaci\u00f3n de las primeras estructurales supramoleculares con estequiometr\u00eda n:n descritas en la bibliograf\u00eda. Los resultados obtenidos permiten concluir que la fortaleza de estas estructuras est\u00e1 regido por el impedimento est\u00e9rico y las interacciones electrost\u00e1ticas entre el puente de uni\u00f3n y la sal biliar.  la complejaci\u00f3n del nadc por el tr\u00edmeno trim i dio lugar a la formaci\u00f3n del primer pol\u00edmero supramolecular con la estructura dendr\u00edmera obtenido a partir de la complejaci\u00f3n entre derivados de ciclodextrina y una mol\u00e9cula hu\u00e9sped, descrito en la bibliograf\u00eda.  los estudios de comlejaci\u00f3n del tns (\u00e1cido 6-p(toluidin)naftalen-2-sulf\u00f3nico) con la b-ciclodextrina y el monoamino derivado de la b-ciclodextrina demostraron que la complejaci\u00f3n de esta sonda fluorescente esta regida por factores de
