{"id":8727,"date":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1995\/01\/01\/estudi-de-la-influencia-de-les-interconnexions-en-el-disseny-microelectronic\/"},"modified":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudi-de-la-influencia-de-les-interconnexions-en-el-disseny-microelectronic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/estudi-de-la-influencia-de-les-interconnexions-en-el-disseny-microelectronic\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudi de la influencia de les interconnexions en el disseny microelectronic"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Francesc Moll Echeto <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Debido a los actuales niveles de integracion que permite la tecnolog\u00eda de fabricacion de circuitos integrados, las interconexiones juegan cada vez un papel mas importante en el comportamiento de dichos circuitos introduciendo efectos que pueden causar errores en su funcionamiento.  los objetivos de esta tesis son por una parte la modelacion adecuada de las interconexiones en circuitos integrados, y por otra parte un estudio del efecto de las se\u00f1ales espureas producidas por efectos parasitos de interconexiones. Se han considerado diferentes modelos de interconexiones con parametros distribuidos y concentrados, para determinar el rango de validez de cada modelo en funcion de parametros de dise\u00f1o como son longitud de la linea y caracteristicas de fuente y carga de la linea.
