Uno de los parametros clave es la longitud de difusion de los minoritarios. Se han fabricado fototransistores discretos y con circuiteria de control en un entorno asics. Los dispositivos discretos presentan una ganancia de b=45 y 4 decadas de linealidad. En condiciones optimas de iluminacion se alcanzan frecuencias de corte superiores a 1mhz. Una circuiteria de control permite obtener informacion de la intensidad de luz incidente segun el tiempo de integracion. Se ha estudiado el comportamiento de guias opticas tipo arrow, las cuales presentan la propiedad de confinar o radiar la luz hacia el substrato.  el estudio se ha realizado en funcion de los indices de refraccion y espesores de las diferentes capas. Tales guias se han implementado haciendo uso de las tecnicas de deposito pecvd y lpcvd usuales en microelectronica. Las guias grabadas mediante la tecnica rie presentan atenuaciones de 0.5db\/cm. Finalmente se ha fabricado un sistema optico formado por guias arrow y fotodetectores, integrados en un mismo substrato demostrando el acoplamientooptico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
