Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo un estudio para determinar la concentracion de particulas en suspension en el aire, asi como su composicion cuantitativa en diversos metales pesados de mayor o menor toxicidad. Dicho estudio ha permitido conocer el nivel de contaminaci\u00f3n de una amplia zona del cintur\u00f3n industrial de la ciudad de Madrid y relacionar los valores obtenidos, no solo con las variables meteorol\u00f3gicas, sino tambien y fundamentalmente con los datos de la red de estaciones de medida de la contaminaci\u00f3n de la comunidad autonoma de Madrid.  una de las principales aportaciones de este trabajo ha consistido en desarrollar un nuevo proceso de digesti\u00f3n de los filtros de muestreo, utilizando un horno de microondas, que ha permitido reducir notablemente el tiempo de digesti\u00f3n de los filtros con las muestras, consiguiendose adem\u00e1s unos porcentajes de recuperaci\u00f3n de los metales analizados, que superan en todos los casos al 95%.  por otra parte, el n\u00famero tan elevado de datos analiticos obtenidos, ha permitido aplicar diferentes modelos matematicos para poder determinar la relaci\u00f3n entre las concentraciones de los diversos metales analizados en el aire con sus fuentes principales de emisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio de la naturaleza y composici\u00f3n de las particulas en suspension en el cinturon industrial de la ciudad de Madrid<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio de la naturaleza y composici\u00f3n de las particulas en suspension en el cinturon industrial de la ciudad de Madrid <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Roman Diaz M.
