Belen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el desarrollo de esta tesis se describe la obtenci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de un panel de anticuerpos monoclonales (acmo) frente a ant\u00edgenos de diferenciaci\u00f3n de leucocitos porcinos.  la tecnolog\u00eda de acmo ha permitido generar un gran n\u00famero de reactivos frente a c\u00e9lulas del sistema inmune porcino, sin embargo el n\u00famero de marcadores frente a c\u00e9lulas de la estirpe mielomono\u00edtica es escaso. Dada la importancia del macr\u00f3fago como elemento fundamental en la defensa del organismo y debido a que pat\u00f3genos importantes de la especie porcina utilizan esta c\u00e9lula como diana para su replicaci\u00f3n utilizamos macr\u00f3fagos como inmun\u00f3geno para la obtenci\u00f3n de los acmo.  se han caracterizado 28 acmo asignando en 12 de ellos los ant\u00edgenos reconocidos a un \u00abcluster de diferenciaci\u00f3n\u00bb. As\u00ed, hemos obtenido 1 acmo frente a mol\u00e9culas sla de clase i, 2 frente a mol\u00e9culas sla de clase ii, 7 frente a integrinas beta2 (cd11a, cd11b y cd18) y 2 frente al ant\u00edgeno mielomonoc\u00edtico swc3.  los acmo bl1h8 y bl2f1 son los primeros acmo caracterizados frente lfa-1 porcino. Los acmo los acmo bl1h7 y ba1c11 reconocen diferentes ep\u00edtopos en la mol\u00e9cula swc3 porcina. Este ant\u00edgeno tiene una distribuci\u00f3n restringida a c\u00e9lulas mieloides, detect\u00e1ndose a lo largo de toda su diferenciaci\u00f3n. su secuencia aminoterminal tiene una alta homolog\u00eda con la de los miembros de la familia sirp, y al igual que estos tiene la capacidad de fosforilarse en tirosinas y asociarse con la fosfatasa shp-1.  hemos caracterizado la expresi\u00f3n de los ant\u00edgenos reconocidos por nuestros acmo a lo largo de diferentes estadios de maduraci\u00f3n, desde precursores de m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea hasta macr\u00f3fagos tisulares y propuesto un hipot\u00e9tico esquema de diferenciaci\u00f3n del linaje monocito\/macr\u00f3fago en el cerdo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Caracterizaci\u00f3n de celulas mielomonociticas porcinas<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Caracterizaci\u00f3n de celulas mielomonociticas porcinas <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  \u00e1lvarez Vega M.
