Propugna un concepto integral y globalizante de creatividad: \u00abla capacidad reiterada de detectar y transformar aspectos de la realidad\u00bb. El desarrollo did\u00e1ctico en el aula es uno solo entre otros muchos eslabones de la cadena educativa. Ya no basta con una creatividad circunscrita al aula. Hace falta en el profesor una mentalidad de empresario y gestor (emprendedor) de condiciones objetivas previas o paralelas al trabajo de aula.  la tesis comienza con el sumario y un bloque introductorio (42 pp para la propedeutica). Le sigue la primera parte (93 pp), titulada \u00abque aprendimos en el siglo xx\u00bb. Aqu\u00ed son tenidos en cuenta, en cierta manera, los tres grandes conjuntos sociol\u00f3gicos heredados a finales del siglo xx (primero, segundo y tercer mundo) a trav\u00e9s de tres cap\u00edtulos con indudable proyecci\u00f3n educativa: 1.1 reconversi\u00f3n de la uni\u00f3n sovi\u00e9tica, 1.2 el llamado \u00abtercer mundo\u00bb y la 1.3 la ense\u00f1anza secundaria en la uni\u00f3n europea.  la segunda parte (110 pp) titulada \u00abeducar adolescentes en el siglo xxi\u00bb trata de situar a los destinatarios de la tesis a trav\u00e9s de estos tres cap\u00edtulos :2.1 tendencias educativas actuales, 2.2 culturales hegem\u00f3nicas en el a\u00f1o 2000 y 2.3 los adolescentes espa\u00f1oles del a\u00f1o 2000.  la tercera parte (293 pp) es la especifica o terminal, titulada \u00abuna educacion creativa\u00bb. Tiene cinco cap\u00edtulos :3.1 conceptos sobre  creatividad, 3.2 la motivaci\u00f3n del profesorado, 3.3 la motivaci\u00f3n del alumnado, 3.4 creatividad integral: valores y capacidades, 3.5
