Para la que se recomienda (l,t,q,e) o (l,t,q,b) en la teor\u00eda general de electromagnetismo que es de orden 4.  adem\u00e1s se aportan dos programas informaticas: td, para la aplicaci\u00f3n de la teor\u00eda dimensiona, y ad, para la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas de an\u00e1lisis dimensional.  tambi\u00e9n dos teoremas deonominados \u00abde equiValencia de las bases\u00bb y de
