{"id":87411,"date":"2018-03-10T00:12:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:12:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efectos-de-la-combinacion-de-la-ha-y-el-saf-en-la-neoformacion-osea-en-biomplantes-estudio-experimental-en-conejos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:12:12","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:12:12","slug":"efectos-de-la-combinacion-de-la-ha-y-el-saf-en-la-neoformacion-osea-en-biomplantes-estudio-experimental-en-conejos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/efectos-de-la-combinacion-de-la-ha-y-el-saf-en-la-neoformacion-osea-en-biomplantes-estudio-experimental-en-conejos\/","title":{"rendered":"Efectos de la combinacion de la ha y el saf en la neoformacion osea en biomplantes (estudio experimental en conejos)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Medina Macias Sonia M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El proposito de nuestro estudio fue investigar en conejos los efectos que sobre la osteogenesis tiene la adicion de fibrina o saf (que consisti\u00f3 en un preparado de fibrina y trombina humana) a implantes de una aleacion de titanio (ti-6a1-4v) con cubierta de hidroxiapatita (ha).  veintiuno implantes de aleacion de ti con ha y fibrina dependiendo del grupo, fueron insertados en el cuello femoral de veintiuno conejos adultos de raza blanca de nueva zelanda.  despues de 6 semanas el crecimiento oseo fue examinado mediante radiografia e histomorfometria.  los resultados mostraron signos de neoformacion osea en las radiografias de los implantes de todos los animales, con zonas de mayor densidad osea en los implantes con cubierta de ha.  en el estudio histomorfometrico se observo un contacto directo entre el nuevo hueso formado y la superficie del implante en todos los conejos, pero la combinacion de ha+saf no incremento la osteogenesis. Se encontro que la adicion de la fibrina o se acompa\u00f1aba de un incremento del crecimiento oseo ni favorecia un contacto mas intimo, que el obtenido con los implantes de ti con o sin cubierta de ha.
