Los glucocorticoides inhiben la producci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico actuando sobbre la expresi\u00f3n de la \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico sintasa inducible y sobre citacinas necesarias para su inducci\u00f3n. Los resultados indican un efecto diferencial de los glococorticoides sobre la producci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico en funci\u00f3n de la presencia o no de endotoxina. En este sentido, cuando el est\u00edmulo empleado es la endotoxina, estos agentes inhiben solo ligeramente la producci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico. Por el contrario, dicha inhibici\u00f3n es potente cuando la producci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico es a trav\u00e9s del receptor de tnfalfa.  por otro lado, se demuestra un efecto directo de los glucocorticoides sobre la poblaci\u00f3n productora de ifngamma en m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea, caracterizada como una poblaci\u00f3n thy 1.2+b200-cd3+cd4-cd8-nk1.1<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
