Adem\u00e1s el acm hp2\/1 previene la s\u00edntesis y dep\u00f3sito de acs anti-membrana basa glomerular y disminuye la proteinuria. Sin embargo los acm hp2\/4 y huts-21 s\u00f3lo bloquean el infiltrado celular renal, sin modificar la producci\u00f3n de auto-anticuerpos contra la membrana basal glomerular. estos datos estar\u00edan indicando el papel dual e independiente que presentan las integrinas vla en la s\u00edntesis de auto-anticuerpos y en la infiltraci\u00f3n. adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n parece que las integrinas vla necesitan presentar una conformaci\u00f3n activada para que se produzca el desarrollo de este modelo experimental.  por otro lado, habiendo encontrado que al bloquear la v\u00eda de adhesi\u00f3n leucocitaria vla-4\/vcam-1 a trav\u00e9s de uno de sus componentes,utilizando otro acm dirigido contra la mol\u00e9cula vcam-1 de ratas hemos observamos que se bloquea igualmente la extravasaci\u00f3n leucocitaria desde la circulaci\u00f3n al par\u00e9nquima renal, sin modificar el resto de los par\u00e1metros bioqu\u00edmics e inmonol\u00f3gicos estudiados, con lo que confirmamos que en este
