Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los polisac\u00e1ridos m\u00e1s abundantes de los hongos linquenizados son los glucanos como el liquenano, el isoliqueano, el pustulano. Tambi\u00e9n se han aislado diferentes galactomananos complejos que junto a los otros polisac\u00e1ridos se han empleado para caracterizar grupos taxon\u00f3micos de diferente categoria (teixeira y col. 1995). Los mananos y heteroplosac\u00e1ridos tambi\u00e9n son de utilidad para clasficaci\u00f3n de los hongos no liqunizados (leal y bernab\u00e9, 1998).  el objetivo principal de esta tesis ha sido la purificaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los polisac\u00e1ridos de nueve especies de hongos liquinizados: p.Furguracea, p.Glauca (familia parmeliaceae), l. Pustulata, l. Hispanica, u. Polyphylla, u. Crustulosa (familia umbilicariaceae), c. Rangiformis, c. Foliacea y c. Iberica (familia clanoiaceae). Tambi\u00e9n se investigaron la variaci\u00f3n cuantitativa de los polisac\u00e1ridos de os especies l. Pusutlata y p. Furfuracea.  se han purificado varios polisac\u00e1ridos cuy compoosic\u00f3n y porcentaje en el talo es caracter\u00edstico de la especie o la familia a la que pertenec\u00eda. m\u00e1s concretamente en la familia parmeliaceae se han aislado gulcanos tipo soliquenano y liquenano y un tercer tipo de glucano hasta ahora no descrito. adem\u00e1s se aislaron glactomananos caracter\u00edsticos de cada especie. En la familia umbilicariaceae, adem\u00e1s del postulano, se describen nuevas estructuras de galctomananos que pueden emplearse como marcadores taxon\u00f3micos a nivel de g\u00e9nero o incluso especie. En la familia cladoniaceae los glucogalactomananos aislados consituyen una fracci\u00f3n mayoritaria al contrario que en el caso anterior, y poseen una estructura compleja que ha sido parcilamente caracterizada.  respecto a el seguimiento estacional, se ha podio constatar la existencia de cambios en a proporci\u00f3n de algunos polisac\u00e1ridos sobre todo en aquellos glucanos cuya disposici\u00f3nquiza ex extracelular.
