Moya  el tema de esta tesis consiste en laantitaumatolog\u00eda ontol\u00f3gica de spinoza, i.E., La critica ontologica(seg\u00fan spinoza) de los milagros. El tema se aborda desde el punto de vista de la historia exegetica y conceptual. Se consideran las conexiones entre los conceptos y las redes proposicionales, y se estatuyen conjeturas para explicar la asuncion, por parte del autor, de presuposiciones especificas.  en esta tesis, se examinan las conexiones entre el monismo ontologico de spinoza y su ntitaumatolog\u00eda ontol\u00f3gica. Se consideran criticamente los argumentos de spinoza, y se caracterizan. En las reflexiones filosoficas de spinoza acerca del milagro, predomina una perspectiva ontologica. Spinoza asevera que las leyes universales de la naturaleza son los decretos inmutables y eternos de dios, no susceptibles de transgresion por los estados mundanos de cosas. Un dios que actuase contra una ley universas de la naturaleza seria un agente actuante contra su propia naturaleza, i.E., Contra su propio principio operativo de entidad. Este ente divino entra\u00f1aria su propia negacion, imposibilidad excluida por la concepcion spinoziana de la esencia (por ethica ordine geometrico demonstrata; iii, viii); implicaria una inexistencia eterna.  el concepto spinoziano de milagro consiste en la infraccion de una ley universas de la naturaleza. El milagro es susceptible de triple definicion: transgresi\u00f3n de una ley universal de la naturaleza; evento que no acaece en corformidad con leyes de la naturaleza, y  un estado de cosas que, aun cuando sea naturalmente producido, posee una causa ignota para los agentes epistemicos humanos. En el contexto de la doctrina spinoziana de los milagros, la tercera caracterizacion es la unica que satisface exigencias elementales de inteligibilidad.
