{"id":87488,"date":"2018-03-10T00:12:17","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:12:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/interaccion-de-cationes-diorganoestannicos-con-vitamina-b6-y-sus-derivados\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:12:17","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:12:17","slug":"interaccion-de-cationes-diorganoestannicos-con-vitamina-b6-y-sus-derivados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/interaccion-de-cationes-diorganoestannicos-con-vitamina-b6-y-sus-derivados\/","title":{"rendered":"Interaccion de cationes diorganoestannicos con vitamina b6 y sus derivados."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Felix Condori Trevi\u00f1o <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los cationes diorganoest\u00e1nnicos constituyen especies de inter\u00e9s desde perspectivas medioambientales y farmacol\u00f3gicas, por lo que conviene estudiar su interacci\u00f3n con otras especies de significaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica.  se seleccion\u00f3 para ello la vitamina b6 y se analiz\u00f3 la interacci\u00f3n de estos cationes con uno de sus componentes, la pridoxina (pn), en un medio hidroalcoh\u00f3lico y en presencia de diferentes concentraciones de iones cloruro, nitrato y acetato. Como resultado de esta interacci\u00f3n se aislar\u00f3, en algunas ocasiones como hidratos, y estudiaron cristalogr\u00e1ficamente compuestos de dimetil- y dietilesta\u00f1o (iv) del tipo (sn r2 (pn-h))x y (snr2(pn-2h)) que contienenpiridoxina meno, (pn-h), o bidesprotonada (pn-2h) y poseen estructuras d\u00edmeras construidas a expensas de puentes oxo. Los compuestos con piridoxina bidesprotonada se obtuvieron tambi\u00e9n por reacci\u00f3n directa de los \u00f3xidos snr2o (r=me, et, bu) con pn. Cuando esta \u00faltima reacci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en presencia de yoduro de metilo se obtuvieron compuestos del tipo (snr2(mepn-h))i en donde mepn representa a pirixonia n-metilada.  la interacci\u00f3n de los cationes diorganoest\u00e1nnicos con piridoxal fosfato (plp) y amino\u00e1cidos conduce a la formaci\u00f3n de omplejos(snr2(pn-2h)) en donde plpm representa la base de schiff derivada de la condensaci\u00f3n de piridoxal y priridoxamnia, lo que resulta indicativo de que se ha proudcido un proceso de transaminaci\u00f3n en presencia del cati\u00f3n diorganoest\u00e1nnico.  por \u00faltimo, la interacci\u00f3n de estos cationes con 2,6-lutidina a2-3-diol, un ligando que contien los mismo grupos dadores que pridoxina pero en distinas posiciones del anillo piridinico, en el mismo medio hidroalcoh\u00f3lico en el que se estudio la reacci\u00f3n con piridoxina permit\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n de compuestos con estructuras te  tr\u00e1meras constuidas tambi\u00e9n a
