En el presente trabajo de investigacion se ha valorado \u00abin vitro\u00bb sobre la linea mdck los mecanismos de respuesta frente a csa, adriamicina y ac. Retinoico en particular la respuesta vinculada a las proteinas de choque de calor y multirresistencia a farmacos vehiculada por la glicoproteina de membrana p-170. Para este estudio se han empleado tecnicas de mtt, citometria de flujo, estudios morfologicos y por analisis de imagen, ria e incorporacion de precursores tritiados. Se concluye que la csa no posee un efecto fibrogenico directo y que induce estres celular con aumento de las proteinas de choque de calor, gts &#8211; alfa y endotelina e incremento progresivo de glicoproteina p-170. En condiciones basales sin estimulacion farmacologica la linea mdck coexpresa citoqueratina y vimentina, vcam y acam, hsp-70 y hsp-25, y moderada presencia de gp-170 con distribucion ciclodependiente (maxima sintesis en fase g2-m) con inteasa expresion de gst. La adriamicina tiene un efecto similar al de la csa sobre la linea mdck a excepcion del relativo a la glicoproteina p-170, donde realiza un efecto inverso.
