Estas enzimas son miembros de las familias 1 y 3 de la super-familia de las glicosil hidrolasas, de la que se han descrito 81 familias en base a similaridades de secuencias de amino\u00e1cidos.  adem\u00e1s de las b-glucosidasas, las familias 1 y 3 incluyen otras flicosil hidrolasas de diferentes actividades enzim\u00e1ticas. El objetivo de este estudio es contribuir al conocimiento de las relaciones evolutivas moleculares existentes entre las enzimas de estas familias, meidante el an\u00e1lisis combiando de sus secuencias de amino\u00e1cidos y de sus correspondientes dna codificantes.  a apartir de las bases de datos se obtuvo un conjunto de secuencias de prote\u00ednas : 115 para la familia 1 y 66 para la familia 3. Los multialineamientos se llevaron a cabo usando los programas: pileup, disponible en el software del paquete inform\u00e1tico gcg y clustalw. El servidor on-line predict-protein se utiliz\u00f3 para calcular la propensi\u00f3n de los res\u00edduos al estado de h\u00e9lice a, l\u00e1mina b o lazo, para cada secuencia de amino\u00e1cidos.Este estudio computacional aporta un sumario de propiedades estructurales de estas enzimas, a trav\u00e9s de los correspondientes multialineamientos y \u00e1rboles filogen\u00e9ticos. Se demuestra que el mecanismo evolutivo para ambas familias enzim\u00e1ticas 1 y 3, es un proceso de divergencia parsimoniosa a partir de un antecesor com\u00fan y se desarrolla un nuevo enfoque anal\u00edtico en filogenia de prote\u00ednas, en orden a la correci\u00f3n de la degeneraci\u00f3n del c\u00f3digo gen\u00e9tico.  se describen diversos \u00abframeshfts\u00bb en genes de b-glucosidasas de: erwinia herbicola, cellulomonas fimi, triflium repens, clostridium stercoraium y c. Thermocellum.
