El \u00faltimo grupo  es el grupo tacrolimus n=18 dividido al igual que el grupo anterior en tres subgrupos dependiendo del momento de sacrificio.  resultado y discusi\u00f3n  comprobamos una menor respuesta inflamatoria y un menor estallido oxidativo evidenciado a trav\u00e9s de la menor producci\u00f3n de radicales libres de ox\u00edgeno y de estimuladores importantes como el tnf-alfa o una menor activaci\u00f3n del factor nuclear kappab.  esta regulaci\u00f3n de la respuesta inflamatoria determina una menor translocaci\u00f3n bacteriana y consecuentemente un menor fallo
