Por una parte, se estudian algunas amina simpaticomim\u00e9ticas, cuya determinaci\u00f3n resulta particularmente interesante en el marco de los an\u00e1lisis antidopaje, y en general en los estudios fisiol\u00f3gicos sobre la influencia de los agentes dopantes en la actividad f\u00edsica. Por otro lado, se estudian algunas aminas alif\u00e1ticas de cadena corta, que pueden formar parte de vertidos industriales o dom\u00e9sticos, y cuyo an\u00e1lisis reviste por tanto un elevado inter\u00e9s medioambiental.  ambos tipos de compuestos se han derivatizado con feniliostiocianato, a fin de convertirlos en sus correspondientes feniltioureas. A partir de los ensayor previos llevados a cabo, estos derivados demuestran poseer unas excelentes propiedades cromatogr\u00e1ficas para su separaci\u00f3n en fase inversa. Adem\u00e1s son electroactivos sobre electrodo de carbono vitrificado en el medio \u00f3ptimo para su separaci\u00f3n cromatogr\u00e1fica, por lo que se estudian detalladamente sus propiedades electroanal\u00edticas con vistas a la propuesta de m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n basados en la combinaci\u00f3n entre cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida y la detecci\u00f3n
