La metodolog\u00eda de este trabajo est\u00e1 basada en el m\u00e9todo descrito por best y sattar para la evaluaci\u00f3n de desinfectantes microbactericidas y presenta algunas modificaciones con respecto a la in\u00f3culo y a la sustancia interferente empleados. Se ha realizado en primer lugar un test de suspension cuantitativo con y sin sustancia interferente y posteriormente un test con portag\u00e9rmenes cuantitativo con y sin sustancia interferente. Se ha estudiado la sensibilidad de glutaraldeh\u00eddo alcalino al 2%, glutaraldeh\u00eddo-fenolato 1\/16 (0,17% glutaraldeh\u00eddo + 0,59% fenolato) y n-duoproepnida 1\/10 (2,28%) frente a 13 aislados cl\u00ednicos de m. Tuberculossi, m. Avium-intracellulares y mycobacterium kansasii y frente a la cepa patr\u00f3n de m. Smegmatis cip 7326. Se ha considerado que un desinfectante posee buena actividad microbactericida si consigue una reducci\u00f3n del in\u00f3culo inicial en todas las cepas testadas&gt;3 log en los 4 test realizados con tiempos de contacto de 20 minutos y a una temperatura de 20\u00c2\u00bac. El glutaraldeh\u00eddo alcalino al 2% ha demostrando una excelente actividad micobactericida superando todos los tests de evaluaci\u00f3n. el glutaraldeh\u00eddo-fenolato 1\/16 no deber\u00eda considerarse para realizar una desinfecci\u00f3n de alto nivel ya que no ha superado todos los ensayos: ha superado todos los tests realizados con la cepa patr\u00f3n pero no todos los realizados con los aislados cl\u00ednicos. N-duopropenida ha demostrado en este estudio poseer una d\u00e9bil actividad micobactericida ya que no ha superado ninguno de los tests de evaluaci\u00f3n realizados con los aislados cl\u00ednicos y
