El tama\u00f1o de los alelos del locus hras1, as\u00ed como la estructura interna del sistema podr\u00edan ser los factores determinantes para dicha uni\u00f3n. Los objetivos principales de esta tesis fueron el an\u00e1lisis del locus minisat\u00e9lite hras1 en distintos tipos de c\u00e1ncer, as\u00ed como estudiar la validez del sistema para la realizaci\u00f3nd e an\u00e1lisis filogen\u00e9ticos.  para el estudio del minisat\u00e9lite hras1 se optimiz\u00f3 la tecnolog\u00eda pcr-mvr que permite conocer la estructura interna del sistema, as\u00ed como la determinaci\u00f3n de la longitud de los alelos en un secuenciador autom\u00e1tico fluorescente.  el an\u00e1lisis gen\u00e9tico-poblacional del minisat\u00e9lite hras1 en poblaci\u00f3n causcasoide as\u00ed como en poblaci\u00f3ndel sur-este africano ha demostrado que el locus es un marcador v\u00e1lido para el establecimiento de las relaciones entre las poblaciones humanas.  el an\u00e1lisis del minisat\u00e9lite hras1 en distintos tipos de c\u00e1ncer demostr\u00f3 asociacio\u00f3n de los alelos raros del minisat\u00e9lite concarcinoma clorrectal espor\u00e1dico, gliomas y c\u00e1ncer de mama precoz. As\u00ed mismo, no se encontr\u00f3 inestabilidad del locus hras1 en carcinoma coloreectal, y el estudio de inestabilidad de microsat\u00e9lites demostr\u00f3 que la inestabilidad de microsat\u00e9lites no se asociaba con las muestras que presentaban alelors raros. El minisat\u00e9lite hras1 se presenta como un plimorfismo de baja penetrancia, pero que debido a su alta frecuencia pobacional ser\u00eda responsable de gra porcentaje del total de c\u00e1nceres de
