Este trabajo, que se enmarca en el entorno del dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n del gran telescopio de canarias (gtc), particulariza su desarrollo para el esquema de segmentaci\u00f3n del gtc y propone las soluciones m\u00e1s adecuadas para realizar el correcto sensado del frente de onda y correcci\u00f3n activa del espejo primario.  se analiza tambi\u00e9n, la influencia de estos aspectos particulares de estos telescopios en los sistemas de optica adaptativa (oa) para la correcci\u00f3n de las pertubaciones atmosf\u00e9ricas.
