Cruz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se describe la caracterizaci\u00f3n de una prote\u00edna, aqpx, que transporta agua en brucella abortus, esta prote\u00edna es funcional y permite el paso del agua al ser expresa e insetada en las membrnaas de lao oocitos de xenoopus leavis as\u00ed como al ser expresada en escherichia coli. Como esta prote\u00edna no trasnporta glicero, se ha clasificado dentro del grupo de las acuaporinas de la familia mip: el nivel de expresi\u00f3nde mrna aqpx es mayor en medios hiperosm\u00f3ticos, por lo que esta acuaporina la emplea para el trasnporte r\u00e1pido de agua en determinadas condiciones de estr\u00e9s osm\u00f3tico y mantener as\u00ed un tumorr celular.
