En este trabajos e desarrolla una metodolog\u00eda para la obtenci\u00f3n de las constantes \u00f3tpicas espectrales (\u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n y coeficiente de extinci\u00f3n) de estas pel\u00edculas delgadas, as\u00ed como de su espesor, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de las propeidades espectrales a incidencia normal (transmisividad y reflectividades). en este proceso de caracterizaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 obtener \u00e9stas propiedades para diferentes \u00e1ngulos de incidencia.
