Sus estructuras se han elucidad mediante t\u00e9cnicas de rmn(resonancia magnetica nuclear) con aparatos de alta resoluci\u00f3n de 250mhz y 400mhz tanto de una dimensi\u00f3n(1h,13c,noediff dept) como de doble dimension(cosy 45,noesy,hmqc, hmbc) indispensables para la resoluci\u00f3n de las estructuras de las acg, junto con t\u00e9cnicas de espectrometr\u00eda de masas(ie,ic y fab) y de espectroscop\u00eda infrarroja(ir) y ultravioleta-visible(uv-vis) para determinacion de grupos funcionales y estructurales globales.
