Con este fin, se proponen en esta tesis dos contribuciones. En primer lugar, un marco conceptual que aporta las herramientas necesarias para la formalizacion de las tareas realizadas en las capas de supervision inteligente de la jerarquia de control. La segunda aportacion constituye un procedimiento general, basado en el marco conceptual, que guia al ingeniero del conocimiento durante la construccion de sistemas inteligentes para control de procesos industriales en tiempo real mediante la integracion de distintas tecnicas heterogeneas de inteligencia artificial.
