{"id":87677,"date":"2000-01-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/propiedades-ferroelectricas-de-materiales-ceramicos-con-estructura-aurivillius-de-composicion-pbx-bi4-ti3-x-012-3x-x012-y-3\/"},"modified":"2000-01-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-12T00:00:00","slug":"propiedades-ferroelectricas-de-materiales-ceramicos-con-estructura-aurivillius-de-composicion-pbx-bi4-ti3-x-012-3x-x012-y-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/propiedades-ferroelectricas-de-materiales-ceramicos-con-estructura-aurivillius-de-composicion-pbx-bi4-ti3-x-012-3x-x012-y-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Propiedades ferroelectricas de materiales ceramicos con estructura aurivillius de composicion pbx bi4 ti3-x 012-3x, x=0,1,2 y 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Lascano Lascano Luis Rodrigo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se describe, en primer lugar, la preparaci\u00f3n en forma cer\u00e1mica y la caraterizaci\u00f3n estructural y microestructural de las siguientes compuestos: bi4ti3012(bit), pbbi4ti4o15(pbit), pb2bi4ti5018 (p2bit), pb3bi4ti6021 (p3bit), babi4ti4015 bbit) y ba2bi4ti5018 (b2bit), que pertenecen a la familia de \u00f3xidos con estructura laminar de bismuto, y que se presentan propiedades ferroelectricas. para los cuatro primeros, se ha preparado materiales con y sin orientaci\u00f3n de grano.  a continuaci\u00f3n se estudia las propiedades el\u00e9ctricas (constante y p\u00e9rdidas diel\u00e9ctricas, conductividad ca y cc) en funci\u00f3n de la temperatura, as\u00ed como las propiedades ferroel\u00e9ctricas (histeresis electrica, polarizacion espontanea, temperatura de curie, caracteristicas de la transicion ferro-paraelectrica) de estos compuestos. Al analizar estas propiedades se hace referencia a la composici\u00f3n, a la estructura, a la microestructura y al grado de orientaci\u00f3n de los granos de los materiales. Finalmente se estudian las propiedades piezoelectricas de los compuestos que han presentado un comportamiento ferroelectrico relaxor, p2bit y p3bit, y particularmente, se analiza la piezoelectricidad
