El segundo, aplicando un proceso de sintonia automatica, basado en un algoritmo genetico. En el camino se enuncian dos criterios para la selecci\u00f3n de la planta nominal del predictor, un grado de libertad este que rara vez ha sido utilizado,y que, visto desde qft, ofrece nuevas perspectivas.  el metodo propuesto se aplica a plantas simuladas de primer y segundo orden. finalmente se aplica tambien a una planta de pasteurizacion de laboratorio, sobre la que se realizan diferentes experimentos de validacion.
