demanda de robots m\u00f3viles aut\u00f3nomos, con una programaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexible que los actuales, capaces de enfrentarse a situaciones que no pueden predecirse en el momento de su contrucci\u00f3n.  el proyecto de dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de este tipo de robots implica tener en cuenta recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos y cient\u00edficos dispersos en cierto n\u00famero de \u00e1reas de conocimiento, como son mec\u00e1nica, electricidad, electronica, ingenieria de software, inteligencia artificial y psicolog\u00eda.  uno de los primeros objetivos al que nos enfrentamos para sentar las bases necesarias para el dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de esta nueva generaci\u00f3n de robots es disponer de un modelo l\u00f3gico en el que sea posible analizar, ordenar y compartir el conjunto de los conocimientos necesarios y suficientes para resolver con \u00e9xito el proyecto.  a partir de ideas tomadas de psicolog\u00eda cognitiva y tomando por otro lado como inspiraci\u00f3n el modelo de referencia iso para la interconexi\u00f3n entre ordenadores, se presenta un modelos de arquitectura cognitiva donde se incluye la descripci\u00f3n de todos los componentes que constituyen un robot m\u00f3vil aut\u00f3nomo, que servir\u00e1 como referencia para incorporar ideas y desarrollos ya disponibles y para ampliarlas con soluciones futuras.  las ideas centrales de este trabajo son:  -la propuesta del paradigma: conceptos, procedimientos y actitudes para representar los conocimientos manejados por un robot m\u00f3vil aut\u00f3nomo.  -la creaci\u00f3n de un modelo de arquitectura cognitiva abierto y estructurado en siete niveles.  -el dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de un robot m\u00f3vil aut\u00f3nomo que sirva para desarrollo y
