{"id":87827,"date":"2000-12-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-12-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/comportamiento-de-tumores-gliales-en-sistemas-de-cultivo-organico-estudio-convencional-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico\/"},"modified":"2000-12-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-12-12T00:00:00","slug":"comportamiento-de-tumores-gliales-en-sistemas-de-cultivo-organico-estudio-convencional-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/comportamiento-de-tumores-gliales-en-sistemas-de-cultivo-organico-estudio-convencional-e-inmunohistoqua%c2%admico\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abcomportamiento de tumores gliales en sistemas de cultivo org\u00e1nico, estudio convencional e inmunohistoqu\u00edmico\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Calvo De Mora Alvarez Ana M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudia el cultivo org\u00e1nico de 50 gliomas procedentes del departamento de anatom\u00eda patol\u00f3gica del \u00abhgugm\u00bb divididos en:14 astrocitomas hemisf\u00e9ricos, 17 glioblastomas, 2 gliosarcomas, 5 oligodendrogliomas, 7 ependimomas y 5 meduloblastomas y se realizan t\u00e9cnicas convencionales e inmunohistoqu\u00edmicas;con el prop\u00f3sito de establecer un patr\u00f3n de crecimiento \u00abin vitro\u00bb para cada uno de estos tumores.  tras el an\u00e1lisis de cada uno de estos cultivos se observ\u00f3 que el astrocitoma hemisf\u00e9rico presenta un patr\u00f3n de crecimiento \u00abin vitro\u00bb que se repite en todos ellos, muy similar al que presenta el glioblastoma. El gliosarcoma presenta un patr\u00f3n de crecimiento \u00abin vitro\u00bb con dos fases bien diferenciadas, la primera de predominio glial y la segunda sarcomatosa. El oligodendroglioma presenta un patr\u00f3n de crecimiento reconocible aunque m\u00e1s difuso. El ependimoma se caracteriza por el desarrollo de una banda superficial epitelioide y una marcada acentuaci\u00f3n de los sistemas glivasculares; y el meduloblastoma en cultivo org\u00e1nico presenta diferenciaci\u00f3n in vitro en sentido glial y nerual.  en conjunto, en cada uno de los gliomas estudiados se pudo observar un patr\u00f3n de crecimiento \u00abin vitro\u00bb propio.
