Sin embargo, durante un lote o batch, las variables oscilan sobre amplios rangos, no operan en estados estacionarios y las din\u00e1micas experimentan cambios significativos debido a alta nolinealidad de estos procesos, lo cual hace dificil encontrar un modelo adecuado para describirlo.  por todo lo anterior, un sitema de control basado en modelo de manera convencional puede conducir a errores significativos y justifica el inter\u00e9s de desarrollar controladors predictivos no lineales en los cuales se emplea un modelo no lineal como modelo interno para las predicciones y la optimizaci\u00f3n.  sin embargo, actualmente son pocas las aplicaciones de estas t\u00e9cnicas a los procedos batch y se requiere estudiar los procesos de modelado, estimaci\u00f3n de estados y la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas de optimizaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica.  el objetivo general de este trabajo es el estudio y la aplicaci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas de control predictivo basado en modelos (cpbm) a los procesos batch. Utilizando dos procesos tipo: un fermentador batch y un reactor fed-batch, se dise\u00f1a e implementa un controlador denominado cppbatch considerando diferentes funciones objetivo y modelos internos as\u00ed como que algunos estados no son accesibles y por consiguiente es necesario la estimaci\u00f3n no lineal de estados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
