Este nuevo gen suicida cataliza la ruptura del substrato natural linamarina (lin) que permite la obtenci\u00f3n final del hcn que destruye la c\u00e9lula. Este nuevo sistema \u00abasesino-suicida\u00bb lis\/lin est\u00e1 siendo estudiado en nuestro laboratorio para la destruccion de tumores.  2)construcci\u00f3n de vectores retrovirales bicistronicos utilizando un peptido autocortante (secuencia 2a del viurs de la fiebre aftosa, fmdv). Estos vectores producen un buen titulo viral del orden de 10 6 u.F.C\/ml y expresan correctamente los genes clonados delante y detr\u00e1s de 2a. Igualmente se comprob\u00f3 que la secuencia 2a permite la ruptura de la proteina fusion formada por ella misma y las dos proteinas que flanquean.  3)construcci\u00f3n de vectores retrovirales policistronicos combinando la secuencia 2a del fmdv y varios ires de diferentes origenes virales. Se han construido tres vectores tricistr\u00f3nicos y dos tetracistronicos. Todos funcionan correctamente, obteniendose titulos virales alrededor 10 6 u.F.C.\/Ml. Las expresiones de los genes se ha demostrado en cultivos celulares. Para comprobar la coexpresion de todos los genes, se obtuvieron clones celulares de dos vectores tricistronicos y dos tetracistr\u00f3nicos. En estas l\u00edneas celulares clonales se estudiaron las expresiones de todos los genes y la integridad del provirus (mediante pcrs gen\u00f3micas largas). Estos resultados indican la posibilidad de utilizar rutinariamente vectores retrovirales tricistr\u00f3nicos y tetracistr\u00f3nicos.  finalmente, construimos un vector pentacistronico con la secuencia 2a y tres ires distintos. Con esta construcci\u00f3n no se detect\u00f3 titulo viral y solamente se expresaron los primeros tres genes. Actualmente estamos dise\u00f1ados nuevos vectores pentacistronicos para comprobar si los problemas antes descritos se limitan a la construccion p<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
