Comparar las consecuencias hidrodin\u00e1micas, bioqu\u00edmicas e histol\u00f3gicas en el ri\u00f1\u00f3n aislado perfundido en hipotermia seg\u00fan el tipo de bomba utilizado(rodillos o puls\u00e1til), tipo de soluci\u00f3n de perfusi\u00f3n(eurocollins o belzer), aplicaci\u00f3n de isquemia fr\u00eda simple preperfusi\u00f3n y el perfil de incremento inicial de la presi\u00f3n de perfusi\u00f3n(progresivo frente a brusco).  material y m\u00e9todo. El dise\u00f1o del trabajo fue factorial completo (tipo de bomba, tipo de soluci\u00f3n, presencia-ausencia de isquemia fr\u00eda simple preperfusi\u00f3n, increment\u00f3 inicial brusco-progresivo de presi\u00f3n de perfusi\u00f3n). Utilizamos un sistema de perfusi\u00f3n controlado por ordenador para perfundir a flujo medio constante y baja temperatura (4\u00c2\u00ba c) con registro continuo de presi\u00f3n de perfusi\u00f3n y resistencia vascular renal. El estadio se ha realizado en 32 ri\u00f1ones procedentes de 16 cerdos isog\u00e9nicos miniatura con peso medio de 32,5+-1,75 kgrs. El peso del \u00f3rgano se registr\u00f3 al principio y final de cada procedimiento de perfusi\u00f3n. Se realizaron determinaciones bioqu\u00edmicas en el l\u00edquido de perfusi\u00f3n. Se realizaron determinaciones bioqu\u00edmicas en el liquido de perfusi\u00f3n mediante toma de muestras cada 60 minutos durante 3 horas.
