Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n se muestra que se puede observar un comportamiento an\u00e1logo en las direcciones de accesos a disco. Las peticiones se agrupan en zonas del espacio de direccionamiento, de forma que estas zonas reciben una gran cantidad de accesos, mientras que hay otras zonas con un n\u00famero reducido de accesos. Este comportamiento en el espacio tambi\u00e9n puede ser descrito mediante procesos auto-similares.  a partir del conocimiento adquirido sobre la carga de disco, se implementa un generador de carga de disco. Este generador demuestra que el uso de modelos auto-similares para modelar la carga de disco, permite generar carga m\u00e1s cercana a la carga real que los modelos tradicionales. Ademas se comprueba que esta propiedad tiene una alta influencia en las prestaciones obtenidas en el sistema de almacenamiento. Por tanto, resulta muy conveniente incluirla en los modelos de carga para realizar evaluaciones de prestaciones realistas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
