Isabel Narv\u00e1ez Mora <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el trabajo se analiza, a la luz de la filosofia del \u00absegundo wittgenstein\u00bb, la tesis iuspositivista de las fuentes sociales. Dicha tesis promueve una caracterizacion social del derecho. No obstante debe enfrentar tres problemas: el de la normatividad del derecho, el de la neutralidad epistemica y el de la indeterminacion. Haciendo uso de un convencionalismo filosofico basado en la que se ha llamado \u00abconcepcion comprensiva del lenguaje\u00bb es posible mantener la tesis de las fuentes sociales salvando tales dificultades. ello no seria posible bajo el modelo de la concepcion \u00abexplicativa del lenguaje\u00bb.
