Para cuantificar este efecto se determinaron los coeficientes de partici\u00f3n y las constantes de equilibrio de adsorci\u00f3n en el interior de las particulas.  se estudi\u00f3 la cinetica de adsorci\u00f3n y transferecia de materia, obteniendo la constante de velocidad, asi como los coeficientes de difusi\u00f3n.  debido al efecto conocido de flexibilidad del brazo espaciador se estudi\u00f3 el equilibrio de adsorci\u00f3n en batch empleando adsorbentes con brazos espaciadores de diferente longitud.  se hicieron, asimismo experimentos en columnas basadas en metodos dinamicos de impulso-respuesta con el fin de determinar las costantes correspondientes al proceso de adsorci\u00f3n y compararlas con las obtenidas previamente en tanque agitado.  por \u00faltimo se emple\u00f3 un sistema combinado de adsorci\u00f3n en tanque agitado y eluci\u00f3n en columna para separar una mezcla de tripsina y l-asparaginasa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
