Se analizan mediadores de inflamaci\u00f3n (il 8, tnf y elastasa) y par\u00e1metros del sistema de la fibrinolisis (t_pa, u_pa, pai1ag, pai1act, pai2ag y plasminogeno). El test de wilcoxon establece las diferencias entre los valores pleurales y plasm\u00e1ticos y el test de correlaci\u00f3n de pearson las asociaciones entre los par\u00e1metros inflamatorios y del sistema de la fibrinolisis.  resultados  existen diferencias entre los valores pleurales y los plasm\u00e1ticos. Los derrames tuberculosos y los paraneumonicos tienen cifras m\u00e1s elevadas de pais en liquido pleural mientras de los paraneum\u00f3nicos tienen las cifras m\u00e1s bajas de t_pa. Los pais se asocian con la il_8, tnf y elastasa cuando se analizan todos los derrames pleurales exudados, y esta asociaci\u00f3n se mantiene entre tnf y pai 1, y elastasa y pai 2 en los derrames pleurales infecciosos. El t_pa se asocia de forma negativa con la elastasa y la il_8 en los derrames pleurales exudados y esta asociaci\u00f3n se hace m\u00e1s intensa en los derrames pleurales paraneum\u00f3nicos complicados.  complicados  el bloque en la degradaci\u00f3n de la fibrina est\u00e1 asociado tanto a mayores niveles de los pais como niveles m\u00e1s disminuidos de t pa, que a su vez estar\u00edan
