Hasta el momento, las dos tecnicas se habian aplicado por separado en diferentes areas de interes, obteniendose resultados muy interesantes. en esta tesis se estudian los beneficios que se pueden obtener a partir de la combinaci\u00f3n de las dos tecnicas, tanto en la mejora de metodos ya existentes, como en el desarrollo de nuevos algotitmos inversos para la estimaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicos de la superficie terrestre.  las principales \u00e1reas de aplicaci\u00f3n desarrolladas en esta tesis son las siguientes:  -optimizaci\u00f3n de los procesos de generaci\u00f3n de mapas topogr\u00e1ficos de la superficie terrestre a partir de datos obtenidos con sensores sar polarim\u00e9tricos.  -desarrollo de m\u00e9todos de inversi\u00f3n para la estimaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicos de terrenos cubiertos con vegetaci\u00f3n(biomassa, topograf\u00eda,) a partir de datos radar interferom\u00e9tricos y polarim\u00e9tricos.  -desarrollo de un nuevo m\u00e9todo para la detecci\u00f3n de objetos diel\u00e9ctricos(minas plasticas anti-personas) enterrados bajo un \u00abclutter\u00bb superficial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
