Mediante rt-pcr multiple se ha estudiado la regulaci\u00f3n transcripcional de 17 genes, miembros de los regulones oxyr, soxr\/s, rpos y mara, en distintas condiciones de crecimiento y frente a diversos agentes estresantes (h2o2, paraquat, salicilato o nac1). Se ha establecido la necesidad de fijar las condiciones de amplificacion mediante rt-pcr tipos c y t y la de incluir un estandar externo que monitorice posibles variaciones en la expresion del estandar interno o en control.  el crecimiento en medio nutritivo lb induce la transcripcion de los miembros del regulon oxyr (oxyr, katg,dps, gora y ahpcf). La osmolaridad de este medio podria explicar dicha induccion, al no detectarse esta en medio minimo pero si en respuesta a estr\u00e9s con nac1.  el h2o2, a dosis bajas (10 um), induce el regulon oxyr y a concentraciones moderadas (100 um) el regulon soxr\/s. Ambas inducciones son totalmente dependiente de los reguladores especificos (oxyr o soxr, respectivamente). el regulon soxr\/s(soxs, micf, tolc y mara) responde tambien a paraquat, salicilato y nac1.
