La presentacion se divide en las siguientes fases:  &#8211; se expone una introduccion al receptor optico, donde se extraen las magnitudes principales del amplificador.  se formulan tales magnitudes de forma general y adecuada, para su uso en los programas de simulacion. Seguidamente se presenta una descripcion escueta de la tecnolog\u00eda usada.  &#8211; analisis de la ganancia de transimpedancia y del ruido para una determinada configuracion, que nos permite extraer un metodo de dise\u00f1o. Dise\u00f1o de tres prototipos con anchos de banda desde dc hasta 1.65 ghz (tiamp1), 2.4 ghz (tiamp2) y 2.3 ghz (tiamp3). Los resultados de la simulacion y medida de cada circuito son presentados.  &#8211; desarrollo de un metodo de dise\u00f1o de amplificadores de transimpedancia sintonizados de banda ancha, para lograr maxima ganancia y minimo rizado. Exposicion de un analisis del ruido, util para el dise\u00f1o de la red de sintonizacion. Dise\u00f1o de un amplificador para un receptor optico coherente heterodino (tiacoh).
