En una segunda etapa, el trabajo se dirigi\u00f3 a la optimizaci\u00f3n de sistemas en flujo continuo y a la preparaci\u00f3n de fases s\u00f3lidas \u00f3pticamente activas fluorescentes para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de cianuro en ese tipo de aguas. Finalmente se presenta un estudio comparativo de sistemas en flujo con detecci\u00f3n espectrofotom\u00e9trica para el an\u00e1lisis rutinario de tiocianato a la salida de un reactor de degradaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica para aguas residuales de la industria sider\u00fargica. Con esta finalidad se hizo uso del potencial anal\u00edtico de las fibras \u00f3pticas y se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un detector espectrofotom\u00e9trico miniaturizado, adaptable a sistemas en
