{"id":87985,"date":"2018-03-10T00:12:50","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:12:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-del-reconocimiento-de-hla-g-por-celulas-nk-caracterizacion-del-receptor-ilt2\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:12:50","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:12:50","slug":"estudio-del-reconocimiento-de-hla-g-por-celulas-nk-caracterizacion-del-receptor-ilt2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/estudio-del-reconocimiento-de-hla-g-por-celulas-nk-caracterizacion-del-receptor-ilt2\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio del reconocimiento de hla-g por c\u00e9lulas nk. caracterizaci\u00f3n del receptor ilt2."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Francisco Navarro Lopez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis doctoral se centra en el estudio e identificaci\u00f3n de nuevos receptores para la mol\u00e9cula de clase ib hla-g, as\u00ed como en el estudio del papel que desempe\u00f1an los receptores de c\u00e9lulas nl cd94\/nkg2 en su reconocimiento. por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n se estudia la coexpresi\u00f3n de formas activadoras e inhibidoras de los heterod\u00edmeros cd94\/nkg2 por clones nk y c\u00f3mo afecta el balance de se\u00f1ales entre ambos tipos de receptor a la respuesta funcional de estos clones a hla-e (ligando del receptor cd94\/nkg2).  mediante la generaci\u00f3n de acm pudimos identificar un nuevo receptor inhibidor para mol\u00e9culas hla de clase i diferente a los receptores nk de la familia de los kir y cd94\/nkg2 ya descritos. Nuestros estudios pusieron de manifiesto que este nuevo receptor, designado ilt2 (\u00abimmunoglobulin like transcript 2\u00bb), es capaz de reconocer varios alelos de hla-a, -b, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n la mol\u00e9cula de clase ib hla-g. Adem\u00e1s, este receptor no es espec\u00edfico de c\u00e9lulas nk, sino que se expresa en otros linajes leucocitarios. por otra parte, nuestros estudios funcionales indican que ilt2 es capaz no s\u00f3lo de inhibir la respuesta citot\u00f3xica de c\u00e9lulas nk y linfocitos t, sino que tambi\u00e9n es capaz de interferir en los procesos de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n temprana en c\u00e9lulas b, monocitos y c\u00e9lulas dendr\u00edticas. Por tanto ilt2 podr\u00eda tener un papel relevante como regulador de la respuesta inmunitaria al establecer un umbral de activaci\u00f3n que debe ser superado por los dos receptores estimuladores.  en cuanto al estudio del reconocimiento de hla-g por los receptores cd94\/mkg2 nuestros datos demuestran de forma clara que tanto el heterod\u00edmero inhibodr (cd94\/nkg2a) como el activador (cd94\/nkg2c) no son capaces de interaccionar de manera directa con la mol\u00e9cula de clase lb hla-g. Por \u00faltimo, en el estudio de la coexpresi\u00f3n de formas activadoras e inhibidoras de cd94\/nkg2 por clones nk se aportan evidencias experimentales de la coexpresi\u00f3n de ambas
