Las ecuaciones obtenidas han resultado una util herramienta de dise\u00f1o que permite hacer la seleccion de las dimensiones de los fet para optimizar la respuesta de la caracteristica de transimpedancia en cuanto a magnitud, ancho de banda y rizado.  se hace el analisis de la corriente equivalente de ruido en la entrada del mesfet utilizando sus parametros de ruido, empleando una metodolog\u00eda novedosa en el dise\u00f1o de los amplificadores para receptores opticos.  las herramientas desarrolladas se han validado mediante programas de simulacion comerciales y se aplican al dise\u00f1o de dos amplificadores monoliticos para aplicaciones en receptores opticos. El primer circuito es una estructura con una configuracion basica de cascodo, de alta transimpedancia y gran ancho de banda, dise\u00f1ado para un sistema de comunicaciones opticas de 2,5 gbit\/s y con mi\/dd. El otro amplificador mmic usa una red t inductiva de adaptacion al ruido y ha sido dise\u00f1ado bajo los criterios anteriormente expuestos.
