El m\u00e9todo particular de s\u00edntesis utilizado (en presencia de acetona y de microcristales de zeolita zsm-5 ya formada) resulta adecuado para obtener zeolitas zsm-5 con una elevada cristalinidad y en tiempos de cristalizaci\u00f3n relativamente cortos (65-75 h). Se realiz\u00f3 un estudio comparativo entre dos zeolitas con una relaci\u00f3n molar si\/a1=25: una de ellas sintetizada sin agente director de estructura, y la otra en presencia de bromuro de etrapropilamonio (tpabr). se vio que entre estas dos zeolitas existen diferencias signficativas de cristalinidad y de tama\u00f1o de part\u00edculas: la zeolita preparada en presencia de tpabr presenta unos cristales unas cuatro veces m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que los de la otra zeolita, as\u00ed como una menor cristalinidad.  se ha caracterizado la acidez superficial y el contenido de defectos estructurales presentes en las dos zeolitas, usando la espectroscop\u00eda ir de las sondas moleculares acetonitrilo y 1-adamantanocarbonitririlo (adacn). mientras que el cd3cn puede interaccionar con todos los centros activos del material, el adacn, conun tama\u00f1o superior al di\u00e1metro libre de los canales de las zeolitas mfi, \u00fanicamente puede interaccionar conlos cenros externos. As\u00ed, el uso conjunto de estas dos dondas ha permitido diferenciar entre especies ubicadas en la superficie interna y externa de las zeolitas; y se ha podido llegar a las siguientes conclusiones principales: i) los centros \u00e1cidos de bronsted de las zeolitas estan ubicados, preferentemente, en la superficie interna como en la externa. Se ha determinado que la proporci\u00f3n de silanoles internos es de un 60-70% en la zeolita sintetizada contpabr, y s\u00f3lo de un 25% en la otra zeolita.  se ha preparado la forma magn\u00e9sica
